Signs along the collarette read as a life timeline — estimating the age at which past traumas and stressors occurred. Based on Dr. Daniele Lo Rito's Time Risk research.

Overview

Switch an iris board to Time Risk and the organ maps give way to a clock: each position around the collarette corresponds to a moment in the client's life. Clicking a position starts a marking at that age; confirming the calculated age with the client, recording the trauma's type and status, and tracking it across visits is the heart of the model. The clock

A life cycle is 60 years to the revolution, and it runs counter-clockwise: birth sits at 12 o'clock and the dial advances 6° per year against the hands of the clock — so 9 o'clock is age 15, 6 o'clock is age 30, and 3 o'clock is age 45. Ages 0–59 run once around the outer lap; ages 60–119 continue on a second, inner lap. The 120 years divide into eight life phases of fifteen years. Birth timing calibrates the whole dial — the Born selector in the Time Risk tab rotates the clock by one degree per month of early or late birth, up to ±12° (two years):

The Information tab always explains the current state: the dial's rotation, the client's age today, and which of the eight phases it falls in.

Signs by priority

Time Risk reads a specific vocabulary of collarette signs, ordered by weight. When you mark a position, the Signs step lists them by priority:

Recording traumas

A Time Risk marking pairs the sign with the life event. In the marking's Traumas step — or the panel's Add Trauma tab — you record:

• When — the Actual Age in years and months (YY.MM) or a calendar Trauma Date; either derives the other.
• What — one or more events from the trauma checklist, an A–Z of life events from Abortion and Accident through Change of residence, Marriage and Retirement to Vacations; some entries apply to a specific gender, and free text covers the rest.
• How it stands — flag the Most Traumatic event, and track each trauma's status: Reported → Approved → In therapy → Resolved.

Birth itself is marked from Add Birth Trauma — one per eye, sitting at the clock's origin.

Time Risk contributes a timeline table to the client report: each marked age with its signs, traumas and status, alongside the annotated clock image — ready to review with the client visit after visit.
