How does verification work for the Student plan?
Verify with a current enrolment letter from any accredited iridology, naturopathy or integrative-medicine program. Verification is one-click for partner schools and 24-hour review for everyone else.
Can I bring my existing patient records?
Yes. CSV import covers most legacy CRMs out of the box. For image libraries from older iridology software, we provide a one-time migration service on Core and Pro.
Is patient data HIPAA / GDPR compliant?
Yes. CosmicIris runs on Google Cloud with covered-entity agreements. Data residency is configurable per workspace (US, EU, APAC).
How does multi-clinic work on Pro?
A single billing account, with isolated workspaces per clinic, role-based access control, and a consolidated admin view.
Do I need a high-end iridology camera?
No. The canvas runs on any modern device, with any modern phone camera. For clinical-grade work, we recommend partner iridology cameras (see Resources).
What languages are supported at launch?
EN · IT · ES · HE · PT · DE · ZH (Simplified & Traditional) · RU · HI, with more on the way. Reports are localised, not just the UI.
